Rohan Ambersley

Chief Executive
Officer

Rohan Ambersley has been the Chief Executive Officer since October 2016. Prior to this he was the Commercial Director of the Company. Rohan is a past student of the University of the West Indies where he graduated with a Bsc in Management Studies (First Class Honours).

He also has a Master’s of Business Administration(MBA) from the University of Leicester and holds a Doctor of Transformational Leadership(DTL) degree from Bakke Graduate University. Rohan is also an ordained minister in the New Testament Church of God and his married to Kishayne and the couple has three daughters.

Wayne Rowe

Assistant VP -
Finance

Wayne Rowe is Assistant Vice President of Finance, whose career spans over 33 years in the manufacturing and petroleum industries. His responsibilities include the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements of Massy Gas Products (Jamaica) Limited and oversight of the Information Technology Department. Mr. Rowe is an Executive Member of the Jamaica Association of Petroleum Marketers (JAPM).

Prior to his current responsibilities, he simultaneously held the position of Finance Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Previously, he held the position of Chief Accountant at Massy Distribution (Jamaica) Limited (formerly H.D. Hopwood & Company Limited) with financial responsibility for the manufacturing arm of the business, Windsor Laboratories Limited.

He is also Chairman of the Company’s pension Board of Trustees and Vice-Chairman of the Rennock Lodge All-Age School Board.

Mr. Rowe holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of the West Indies; and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting.

Simone Johnson

Customer Service
Manager

Simone Johnson along with the team in customer relations department are responsible for maintaining a high level of satisfaction and retention of the many customers we serve. Simone has over twenty (20) years of experience in managing customer relations, skills she garnered having served prior as Sales Manager

Simone holds a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in Tourism Management from the University of West Indies, a post graduate Diploma in Business Administration from University of Leciester. She is also a certified Customer Service professional.

Andre Williams

Operations
Manager

Andre Williamson joined the Massy Gas Products Limited family three years ago as the Operations Manager. He has a career in Engineering and Operations within the Petroleum Industry for over 22 years with local and overseas based organizations. He has oversight for Fleet Management, Plant Operations, Supply Chain and Special Projects.

Andre is a registered Mechanical Engineer, with experience in Safety Management, Maintenance Management, Ship to Shore Interface, Strategic Planning and is also a certified Project Management Professional.

Mr. Williamson holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Orleans and a bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Andrea Dunbar

Human Resources
Manager

Andrea Dunbar is responsible for the Human Resources portfolio of the business and her career in
this area spans over 20 years in the petroleum industry that is, The Shell Company (W.I.) Limited and
Massy Gas Products (Jamaica) Limited combined. Her responsibilities include that of providing
strategic support to line management and general staff in the areas of recruiting, employee
relations, compensation and benefits, training and development and performance management.
She also has responsibility for leading the company’s union negotiation meetings.

She is a member of the Human Resource Association of Jamaica (HRMAJ) and serves as a member of
the company’s Pension Scheme Board of Trustees.

Mrs. Dunbar holds a Degree in Human Resource Management and is an experienced Industrial
Relations practitioner.

Nicola Dawson-Watson

Commercial
Manager

Nicola Watson is Commercial Manager, with a career spanning over 20 years in Sales & Marketing in Retail and Petroleum industries. Her responsibilities include oversight of the commercial department to deliver business results by developing further volume and margin growth and promoting LPG best practice across all segments of the business.

Prior to her current responsibilities, she held the position of Sales Manager for eight years.

Previously, she held the position of Key Accounts Manager at The Shell Company (Jamaica) Limited which divested its holding in Jamaica in 2006.

Nicola holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Orleans.
